Turn of the gamepad (it will still work in menus though) reset your keyboard setup and setup Xpadder. Or, if you don't really need to use Xpadder, I strongly suggest the superior (IMHO) Pinnacle Gamepad Profiler. I made a profile for that in another thread.

  2. Posted October 28, 2011. I have been annoyed with trying to create a theme and controller image to use with Xpadder, so i would like to see if anyone else can do any better. Rules: Controller image and theme must be made to fit together and must be created the same size as the images below. They must be seperate pictures and the buttons should.

  4. Xpadder is great with Binding of Isaac. This file in the OP seems to only have a 360 pad controller image in it though, not a whole Xpadder profile. The controller BMP file. The.xpaddercontroller file (I use a wireless 360 pad; YMMV).
